Is there a fitness center?
Guests are welcome to use Crunch at no additional cost, located next to the lobby.
Crunch is open Monday through Friday 5 AM to 10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
To reach Crunch, take the hotel elevator to the Lower Lobby (LL) and show your government identification card at the Crunch desk. Guests of The Lexington Hotel may join Crunch fitness classes if there is last-minute availability — inquire at the Crunch desk for more details and visit crunch.com for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs less than 75 pounds are welcome to stay with you. We have dog-friendly rooms, so please be sure you reserve yours in advance. There is a maximum of 2 dogs per room, a $100.00 cleaning fee per pet, per stay, and a dog waiver must be completed at check-in.

You may purchase tokens from The Stayton Room bartenders or the front desk during the following hours:

Does The Lexington Hotel have an on-site bar and restaurant?

Do you offer parking?
The Lexington Hotel provides valet parking. The following rates are subject to change:
Car: $80 per day plus tax
Oversized Vehicle: $100 per day plus tax
Electric Parking Upcharge (charging station only, does not include parking): $30 daily
Traffic may delay our valet drivers. When you request your car, please allow 30 minutes for it to arrive. Check with the manager on duty at the Front Office for updates.
How can I get a copy of my guest room folio?
Simply provide us with an email address at check-in or checkout and our Guest Service Agents will be happy to email your folio upon departure. If you have not yet received your folio from a past stay, please fill out our accounting form linked here, and, in the comments, include the last four digits of the credit card used to pay. A member of the team will be in touch with your folio.
What does my daily destination fee include?
The daily destination fee plus tax per night, per room, includes:

$35 daily food and beverage credit for The Stayton Room (Note: Coupons cannot be combined, must be used daily, and may not be used for gratuity.)

What are the best transportation options from the airport?
Yellow cab taxis are available at all airports. You can also use apps such as Uber or Lyft and head to the designated pickup area to meet your driver.
If you’d like to take public transportation, we suggest using Google Maps to find the most efficient options. Open the app and enter the hotel’s address of 511 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10017 as your destination. Then click the “directions” icon and select from public transportation options by tapping the train icon. This will give you real time pricing and multiple options for getting here.

What are the arrival and departure times? Are there fees for late checkout?
Check-in time is 4 PM EST. Early check-ins are subject to availability. Checkout time is 11 AM EST. Please see rates below for late checkouts.
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST: Complimentary by request, subject to availability
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST: 50% of daily rate, plus tax
After 6:00 PM EST: One night room fee, plus tax
